Hire the specialists to brace your trees

Heartwood Tree Care is a highly skilled tree removal company based in St Andrews, just past Eltham and Hurstbridge. With years of experience and a small, specialist team, Paz Cooper has a strong reputation for providing qualified and efficient services to his local customers.

Kangaroo Ground's stunning landscape is defined by its large, significant trees, and protecting them requires diligent care. Tree cabling and bracing are essential maintenance techniques that provide critical support to older trees. By installing a system of steel cables and rods, we can reinforce weak limbs and trunks, helping to prevent them from failing and reducing the risk of property damage. This proactive approach ensures the long-term health and safety of your valuable trees.

Common signs Cable and Bracing is essential for your tree:

Over-extended limbs

Branches that are unusually long, heavy, or growing horizontally put immense stress on the tree's structure and are at a high risk of breaking.

Co-dominant stems

When a tree has two or more main trunks growing from a single point, the union between them is often weak and prone to splitting, especially in high winds.

Storm or wind damage

Trees that have been partially damaged by a storm, with cracked but not fully broken limbs, can often be saved and reinforced with cabling and bracing to prevent future failure.

With a team of qualified arborists, Heartwood Tree Care are your best choice for your tree cable and bracing requirements in Kangaroo Ground.
